1 x goraw MINT CHOMP mousse

1-2 Choc Biscuits of Choice – Roughly Chopped (you could try mint slice or tim tams for extra indulgence!) 

50g Quality Dark Choc

OPTIONAL – Cocoa Nibs for topping if desired




Step 1

In a small bowl, gently mix together the chopped biscuits with the MINT CHOMP mousse.


Step 2

Fill an ice cube tray with the mousse mixture and place in the freezer until frozen (at least 1-2 hours).


Step 3

When ready, gently melt dark choc. Remove treats from the freezer, pop them out of the ice tray and onto a plate. One by one, coat the treats with the melted choc and transfer to a sheet of baking paper. Top with cocoa nibs and leftover biscuits if desired.


Step 4

Once all treats are coated, pop back in the freezer to set (at least 30 mins). Keep stored in the freezer in an air-tight container.
