COCO CHERRY CHOC PARFAIT

MAKE IT!

Ingredients: 
1 x goraw COCO CHERRY mousse 
3/4 cup thick Coconut Cream
25g quality 85% Dark Chocolate
1 tsp Coconut Oil
Shredded Coconut + any other desired toppings!

Method:

Step 1

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil to make a chocolate sauce. 

Step 2

Lightly mix up the COCO CHERRY mousse in it’s tub.

Step 3

In a cup/small dish, scoop and layer in a portion of the mousse, then the coconut cream, a sprinkle of coconut flakes and a small drizzle of chocolate sauce.  Repeat the steps until you run out of each.

Step 4

Garnish with desired toppings and left over sauce.
