Essential Ingredients below:
3 x goraw REALLI VANILLI mousses
4 tbsp Jam
100g Dark Chocolate (to coat)
Desired toppings (peanuts, cookies etc)
Method:
Step 1
Fill the popsicle moulds with REALLI VANILLI mousse.
Step 2
Spoon in a layer of raspberry jam.
Step 3
Pop them in the freezer to set for a few hours.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate and cover ice-creams fully with melted chocolate.
Sprinkle with chosen toppings. Pop them in the freezer to set for an
hour to set.
Allow to defrost for about 5-10 minutes before eating.
Makes 3 large ice-creams OR 9 mini ice-creams.
