Essential Ingredients for the Cookie Pods:
1/2 a cup of Oat Flour.
1/4 of a cup of Chocolate Protein.
1/4 of a cup of Coconut Oil.
1/4 of a cup of Almond Milk.
2 tbsp of Cacao Powder.
1 tbsp of Sweetener.
1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar.
1/2 tsp of Baking Soda.
For the Filling:
Method:
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for the cookie pods together into a bowl and stir until a dough is formed
Step 2
Scoop small mounts out of the bowl and press them into a mini silicone muffin tray to form the pod cups.
Step 3
Bake them in an oven preheated to 180°c for 15 minutes. Allow them to cool before filling them with the mousse. Makes 8!
