Essential Ingredients:
Base layer:
3/4 cup oats
1/4 cup almond flour or meal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
Pinch salt
Middle layer:
1 x Choc Hype Mousse
Top layer:
1/2 cup choc chips
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp coconut oil
Method:
Step 1
In a bowl combine all the ingredients for the base layer. Mix well the spoon into silicone muffin tray
Step 2
Use your thumbs and press the centre of each to form a cup, freeze for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Fill each cup with choc mousse, then freeze for 1 hour.
Step 4
For the top layer, melt the choc, peanut butter and coconut oil together and mix well. Drizzle over mousse cups. Freeze for an additional 15 minutes. Enjoy
