Essential Ingredients:

1 x goraw Choc Hype Mousse

6 Tsp sugar free jam

200g quality dark chocolate



Step 1

Melt your chocolate.

Step 2

Transfer about 1 tbsp into the base of 6 lined cupcake tray wrappers.

Step 3

Pop the chocolate bases in the freezer to set for about 10 mins.

Step 4

Once set, place a dollop of choc mousse into the centre of each cup, followed by a tsp of jam.

Step 5

Coat each cup with your remaining melted choc to seal them up, then place back in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour.  Enjoy!
