1 tbsp Goraw Go Nuts Mousse
70g oat flour
1/2 banana, mashed
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Cocoa nibs
In a bowl, mix the banana, oat flour, water, cinnamon, peanuts, cocoa nibs and baking powder.
Transfer half of the batter to a ramekin/oven safe bowl. Spoon the Go Nuts Mousse into the middle of the bowl and cover with the remaining batter.
Top with banana and additional peanuts. Bake for 10-15 min at 180°C/ 350°F. Enjoy! 😉
