VANILLA FRUITY PARFAIT

TOP IT!

Ingredients:

1/2 tub goraw Realli Vanilli Mousse

A small amount of coconut yoghurt (about 120g) 

1 medium banana, chopped

1/4 cup granola of choice 

A handful of strawberries, chopped

2 tbsp pink spirulina (optional) 

 

Method:

 

Step 1

In a bowl, mix together the yoghurt and spirulina until pretty and pink!

 

Step 2

To a cup or dish, add a layer of yoghurt, then banana, then yoghurt, then strawberries, then granola and so on (as you please) to make delicious layers!

 

Step 3

To finish, top with Realli Vanilli vanilla mousse, for the ultimate creamy sweet indulgence!
