If you are a first time buyer of a single Treat Bundle 1×6 Pack and you are just not enjoying them, you can keep it. Notify our team, telling us what it was about the desserts that just didn’t do it for you, and we will get you a refund right away – no return necessary. We just ask that you give each of the flavours a fair go before giving up and be able to give us some details about the product before you throw them away.

What products qualify for the guarantee?

The guarantee is valid for the first time purchase of our Treat Bundle 1×6 Pack, and redeemable up to 14 days after the purchase date. Multiple packs, or single flavour 6 packs do not fall under this guarantee, however, they may be applicable for return. Further details for these can be found in our Refunds Policy on our Terms and Conditions page. 

Refunds issued are for the cost of the desserts, excluding shipping and any applied discounts. The purchse much be completed through gorawdesserts.com.au in order to be applicable for the guarantee.
